Your annual application is stored securely and is only accessible to you and authorized Africa ScholarBridge administrators reviewing your file.

Uploaded documents are handled securely and used solely for application review and provider referral purposes.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data Retention

Application data is retained across annual cycles so you can view your history and pre-fill future applications, unless you request deletion.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

🇺🇸 Visa Assistance Information

If you use the U.S. Student Visa Application Assistance service, we additionally collect visa-relevant information you provide (passport status, visa category, education and financial-source information, and documents such as your passport, DS-160 confirmation, and I-20). This information is used solely to provide the assistance service you requested and is accessible only to you and authorized administrators reviewing your visa request.

Payment Information

Payment records (amount, currency, payment method, and transaction reference) are stored to verify and reconcile payments for the visa assistance service fee. Africa ScholarBridge does not store full card numbers; any external payment processor's own privacy practices apply to information you provide directly to them.
