Terms of Use
Platform Usage
Africa ScholarBridge is a funding-matching and application-tracking platform. It is not a guaranteed-scholarship service and does not guarantee funding outcomes.
Funding Information
We make reasonable efforts to verify listed funding opportunities, but eligibility criteria and deadlines can change. Always confirm details directly with the provider before applying.
Student Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your application and for meeting each provider's own deadlines and requirements.
Provider Information
Organizations and opportunities listed are independent third parties. Africa ScholarBridge facilitates introductions and referrals but is not a party to any funding agreement.
Application Processes
Some opportunities require applying directly through the provider's official website; others may be facilitated through an established Africa ScholarBridge partnership.
Account Responsibilities
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Acceptable Use
Do not submit false information, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Changes to Services
We may update these terms and our services from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current terms.
πΊπΈ U.S. Student Visa Assistance Service
The U.S. Student Visa Application Assistance service is a separate, optional, paid service. Africa ScholarBridge charges a service fee (shown at checkout β US$11.59 / KSh 1,500 for Kenya). Under this service model, after that payment is verified, Africa ScholarBridge separately arranges and covers the applicable U.S. government visa application processing fee (currently US$185) for eligible students β you do not pay Africa ScholarBridge a second amount for this.
U.S. Student Visa Fee Coverage
Students who purchase the Africa ScholarBridge U.S. Student Visa Application Assistance service for US$11.59 / KSh 1,500 are eligible for Africa ScholarBridge to cover the applicable US$185 U.S. student visa application processing fee under the terms of this service.
The US$185 fee is a government visa application processing fee and is separate from the Africa ScholarBridge service fee.
Africa ScholarBridge's payment of the applicable visa application processing fee does not guarantee visa approval or issuance.
Visa eligibility and final visa decisions remain with the appropriate U.S. government authorities.
Processing Timeline
The "up to 2 weeks" timeline refers only to Africa ScholarBridge's own assistance process once payment is verified and required information is received. It is not a promise of U.S. government visa approval or of any specific U.S. government appointment or processing timeline.
Refund Policy
Whether the Africa ScholarBridge service fee (US$11.59 / KSh 1,500) is refundable is determined case by case, considering: payment status, application status, whether assistance work has already started, and whether the US$185 government fee has already been paid on your behalf. Africa ScholarBridge does not automatically refund the US$185 government fee once paid, unless the applicable official U.S. government payment process allows a refund - that fee then follows the U.S. government's own refund rules, not ours.
External Provider & Government Decisions
Africa ScholarBridge assistance β for both funding matching and visa applications β is separate from decisions made by external scholarship providers, universities, governments, or U.S. immigration authorities. We do not control or guarantee those outcomes.
